Clause 1.19 (SUDS) The Interim Code of Practice for SUDS identifies systems that Undertakers can deem to be classed as sewers and which, in certain circumstances, can be adopted as public sewers. Supplementary guidance has been agreed between the Undertakers and the Home Builders Federation and covered in clauses 1.19.3 to 1.19.14. It indicates the various issues Developers will need to consider to allow them to be included in a Section 104 Agreement.
