Graphical
The drainage network may be drawn within DrawNet with links to a range of CAD formats. Alternatively it may be drawn with MDCad, the optional AutoCad® link. Catchment areas, pipe numbers, lengths, levels and co-ordinates are extracted through these graphical interfaces in preparation for the design process. Similar interfaces are also available from other CAD and road design software (see Links).

Spreadsheet
Each module is equipped with sophisticated interactive spreadsheets, which can be used with or without the graphical interface. Every entry is error checked against available data and variable limits to provide immediate feedback and improve data input efficiency.
